Poor signal at TR262NZ this has been since November last year O2 say there working on it. So how long does it take?  They could have put a new mast up by now.

All this time I have to go outside just to use my phone. Unacceptable in this day and age.

Anybody in this area having similar problems?

@bgtune

Download the My Network app and keep reporting the issue.

Fingers crossed, that might help.
I'd keep reporting it regularly too.

Still no action from O2 been a year now since the service from my local mast has almost failed.

All O2 can report is :-

Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.

What a wast of time

I think it's safe to say that mast has been decommissioned @bgtune
