It’s used by 1000s or more like 100s of 1000s of commuters every day. It’s on the new Crossrail .And all GWR customers pass through it on their journeys to the West.

Every day my signal drops to EDGE.
Wasn’t that in the last millennium?

Surely you can see everyone’s signal fail.
It’s been years and finally I’m frustrated enough to report it.
Any news or views ?

That's exactly the reason why you get poor data.

@sigreen

Obviously due to congestion. Try dropping down to 3G and see if that helps?

Report it throught the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I agree. On my journey from Hayes to Paddington, there's a massive drop, nearly lack of signal whether it's data or mobile.

People responding around congestion should check out how good the signal is in a more congested Paddington station.

O2 acknowledge and investigate this issue that affects areas around Ealing Broadway. Sitting back in denial and blaming it on congestion doesn't help O2 subscribers.

If it hasnt been fixed in 5 and 1/2 years it aint going to get fixed anytime soon, and London is a nightmare for getting permission to do any infrastructure work.. @Nukashu

Best option get some PAYG sims test different networks and then pay up and leave o2... Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

And I can say the same about EE and Vodafone at some places in London,
