the o2 customer service is apoorling and needs to be addressed asap. we have been waiting to chat to someone to discuss them over charging us since 8:00 this morning and have still not got though its absolutly shameful

As this is a query on overcharging you must ring and speak to someone. Live chat wont be able to help with this. The customer services dept is open till 8pm tonight and from 8am to 6pm tomorrow. First thing in the morning is the best time to call...
