Solved: phone returned for repair

I had a problem with my LG G4 and it was sent back for repair, I received an email whilst in the shop saying it was sent for repair and will be notified when they receive it but I have heard nothing since and the tracking site is unavailable. How do I find out whats going on with my phone its now been 12days surely they have received it by now. Cheers Kev
