I am trying to pay the bill for a disconnected phone. It's about 50.00. Whenever I click on the link to make a payment, it said that the page is no longer available? Do I need to phone up or is it just temporary?

Hi @Anonymous As the phone has been disconnected you will need to call customer services as they will have put a block on your account https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Unfortunately you definitely need to call to make the payment as they will want to talk to you about future account management.
