Morning @Dhar5h, sorry for the late reply, I've only just seen your tag sorry.
I'll message you privately and look in to your account for you😊

Interesting discussion. I still use two 'Alltime 50 Pay Upfront for Life accounts' which have not been moved onto this new 'unlimited' calls and texts tariff but MyO2 shows my allowance as 50 minutes and further down the page as 75 minutes and unlimited data.
I don't actually have unlimited data as data is not even active on my account. Nor do I have any SMS allowance which causes a payment charge whenever I use one of these SIMs in an iPhone while roaming in the EU as a text is sent to activate iMessage initiating a charge.
I have messaged @O2Lisa asking for help with this matter.
Thanks to all contributors here.

Just a quick question for any PUFFL users who have successfully been moved to the unlimited calls and texts with 500mb data, does your MyO2 correctly show the new allowances or does it continue to show the old PUFFL tariff or does it show something different?

Hi, it correctly shows the new allowances (see attached).

Thanks, that's useful. Here's what mine shows:

I also keep getting these erroneous charges on my PUFFL SIM for SMS to 07802000332 which I have been told is the O2 message centre number so when sending a text from abroad it shows this number instead of the number you texting except I didn't send any texts. Others have suggested its either the iPhone registering iMessage or Visual Voicemail handshaking. These charges are while roaming in Spain.

Having contacted staff here it seems they cannot change my tariff to the new unlimited minutes and texts with 500MB of data as 'they're usually put through by the system', so I'll just have to stick with my Alltime 50 Pay Upfront for Life 50 O2 to O2, Anytime Minutes.

seeing 50 minutes reminds me of the old Orange Everyday 50 tariffs, ahh the good old days
