pay a you go balance transfer

Hi everyone. I am new to the forum. I am just wondering if i am able to transfer a balance from one payg sim to another payg sim. I have £6.70 on my old sim abduction don't want to lose it Thank you. Oh and hello everyone

I do find it difficult to understand why credit cannot be moved without the original account being closed.

Confusing.

But I've spoken to Cs and they clarified that's correct.

Not a comprehensive one no.

Just that the process required to move said credit auto closes the first account. 😞

It's been their policy for many years. Presumably if you are wanting to move credit from an account you no longer need to use it and it also stops the practice of continually swapping between the two accounts.
