i ordered a htc one m9 pay monthly i had a confirmation order which said it will be here between 8am amd 8pm today. well i rang them up to double check and apparently it isnt even dispashed and that they still havent decided if they will accept or not the woman on the phone said it takes up to 72hours on the order confirmation it says 24hours but also says my phone will be here today. your ment to gain our trust and that definitly isnt by messing me around like this. its called good customer service! please sort this out

The only way you can check if this order has gone through is by looking in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
The CS is right.... they have to do a credit check etc.....but then the email you received has only added to the confusion.

You should receive a tracking number once the order has been accepted and dispatched. What is the order status in My O2?
