Solved: Re: online payment link disruption?

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with the o2 online payment link? I've been trying since yesterday to use the link but I'm being diverted to an 'error' page. Their phone helpline is constantly engaged and the online support is unable to speak to me due to a large number of customers currently using the service. 😞

Someone else had a problem with IE9 earlier - They tried Chrome and it worked fine.

The link is working for me using Firefox and also through the My O2 phone app.

Hi jonsie, thanks for the feedback, maybe it's just something wrong at my end then. I'm using Google Chrome. Hopefully I can resolve the problem quickly.
