I’m trying to buy a 120gb preloaded data sim that lasts for 12 months from O2 shop. It won’t let me make the one off payment of £50 because it says my email address is already registered with O2, so can’t pay because my PayPal and my Apple pay is registered to same email. Phoned 202 for help, spent hours getting passed around and constantly going through security and not one person can help!
So I can’t buy the sim…
I just cancelled a rolling monthly contract to then buy this sim and now it won’t let me, pulling my hair out!
