o2 is now a joke, this is the second time within months that I have no service what so ever! My daughter was on a school trip today and thanks to o2 I sat for an hour waiting for her coach to return as she was unable to get hold of me!!! NOT HAPPY also I have to say even when it is working the signal I now have in my home is terrible, always used to be fantastic, always recommended o2 to everyone. NO MORE !!! cant even ring 202 from your phone so it costs you even more money from a landline. Will Def not be renewing contract.
