no sim no service

Can't get connected to a network.  Have have a replacement phone (Samsung S3 mini) and sim card.

Called customer services x 5.  Can anyone on the forum help get me connected.  Thanks

Well folks. Are you ready for this.

Its working

I have cobbled it together and added a bit of sellotape. Can't believe it.

So far so good. Hope I don't have to remove it as I think it will fall apart,

Thank you all for your input.

Now just have to work out how to use the phone. Watch this space
