Hi, i have a samsung galaxy s2 on contract and for the past few days i have not been able to access my internet. It cant be to do with signal etc as my calls and texts are working fine. Everytime i try and go online it says "no network connection. Cannot connect to internet. Please check your internet seetings and try again." I have been on 'my settings' and then 'about phone' and then 'status' and it says 'my mobile network state is disconnected.Even 2 day pop to one of o2 phone shops where I got brand new sim, but still the same problem. Can you please advise what is wrong and what i should do to fix this problem? My monthly contract includes internet so i dont think its fair that im paying for something im not getting!

Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and then reboot the phone. Let us know if this doesn't work and we can check the settings manually with you.
