Can't get through on phone Tried to report to Lucy but she is 2 sandwiches short of a picnic, trying desperately to contact my daughter to know she is safe , we all know of recent events in Wales, and with no network signal and no help from o2 they should be ashamed......

No signal in so53 either and hasn't been for a week - apparently there are engineered working on the mast, but nothing reported on live status coverage checker and no comms-pretty appalling for a comms company!
