I guess it's a perk for refresh customers only which will obviously exclude PAYG customers .
There are other perks that different types of customers are eligible for so what's the problem?

Just my opinion.
I don't gripe about not getting 10% back like PAYG customers do etc.

Nor me but this is a competition which should be open to all o2 customers. Yes the monthly draw is not a problem but the car competition is in my opinion an issue

@MI5 I am sure you might have something to say about unfairness if you were a contract customer but excluded as you weren't on Refresh. That's all I am saying. It's an unequal playing field for contract customers.

Which is what I deduced yesterday. The T&C's made it clear enough. Therefore totally unfair to the rest of us on other contracts...

@Toby I understand all of the above. However I still fail to understand why this competition is only open to REFRESH contract customers. (It could be argued they already have the bonus of Refresh?)

I have never found a competition/bonus or 'community centric' one for sim only or 24month contract customers.

Therefore the competition is unfairly biased towards those with one type of contract only.

It could be argued that people who buy an expensive phone outright and take out a sim only contract have already paid a lot of money to O2 and are being penalised for the privilege of making that choice.
