Not for me on laptop. Sign in to My O2. Click on my device...straight to bill. No mention of competition at all on any page. I am not on Refresh...but there again @jonsie neither are you?

Yes @jonsie I see that...Now scroll down to the bottom where it says Terms Apply Click on that...this is where you will see 'Eligibilty for entry'...and it says for Refresh customers...

 PS. I had this same 'discussion' with @MI5 yesterday.....
