My first post.

Since yesterday afternoon my signal at home on the iPhone has dropped from 5 bars down to 1 bar and a fair bit of the time down to NO SERVICE.

I live nr Fawley, Southampton.

If I drive out of the area I get 5 bars again. Then yesterday evening the signal went back up again.

Today I am back to 1 bar again and a lot of NO SERVICE once more.

Can't see this is my iPhone playing up, works perfectly all the time. Could O2 be doing something somewhere ??

As I type this I am now in 2 bars, WOOO

O2 reception has been pretty poor in the Reading area since Saturday.... I've had no 3G coverage what so ever since then.

I've driven to Bracknell and Oxford and no joy there either.....

So much for paying extra for the internet bolt on!

And just like that my phone is back to 100% signal.

I'd like to know whats going on.

Is the o2 network down everywhere? I can't even check my balance or send any sms and I have PAYG unlimited texts!!!

i've tried calling and get a message "sorry there is a fault, please try again later" looks like the networks down!

Network in Blackburn has been down since 0930am this morning. Extremely frustrating.
So angry with o2 as I am paying money for having no service.
They ask to call Customer Helpline, yes but with what network coverage.
Has anyone been in contact with o2?
