moving from one contract to another

Hi there, can anyone answer this for me? I have been on an 18 month contract and am now changing to a 12 month simplicity contract (purely an economic move - will save me £25 a month) My old contract runs out May 2nd so, will my last direct debit for that contract come out 16th May (the usual date for that DD)? Also, as I'm still going to be on a contract will I automatically keep my same number? Sorry for all the questions.

Don't be sorry, that's what the forum is for.

Just ring CS and tell them you want to switch to Simplicity 12 month, or do it from My O2 online and they'll sort you out.

You can keep your number and your monthly bill should be adjusted accordingly.

Thats great, many thanks. I'll try when I get home. Computers at work are sooooooooo old & slow. Even worse than me, I sometimes think my memory is better too!!
