So if you want o2 to hear your complaint / suggestion then head over the that site and complain / suggest.

Come on O2 you already have your own forums use these and help your large customer base from your own platform.

Good to know they are active on getsatisfaction.com now as well.

I've used that website before with Nokia problems, and the Nokia engineer there was excellent, he replied everyday and helped track down the problem with my mobile.
Let's hope O2's presence there will be just as efficient.

Let's also hope that it can be a place where we can constructively criticise O2 without the fear of our posts being edited or removed without clear reason.

I have posted there about the O2 web site difficulties, and some have about other problems, but these will only be looked at with more support.

I don't get it!

So many come on here usually with all sorts of problems and complaints with the site, and now we have a chance to perhaps be heard, very few seem to want to bother.

When "getsatisfaction" gets pulled for lack of support, I expect there will be the usual "How do I get O2 to listen?" posts, ad infinitum, posted here, where they are not seen! 😐
