I have a two mobiles linked to the one account ,how can I see my master account ???

You can also select which account you want to be the master account.

How do i create a master account? I have broadband and a mobile with O2 . I have been trying to get my balance on the my O2 app but they say my account isn't associated to a mobile account. Therefore it might be that my broadband is the master account.....how can I changed my mobile to be the master account? Thanks

I'm not actually sure you can do. Best option is to call customer service to see if they can help with that but I know of no way for you yourself to do it.
