just had a "early termination bill" £171.54 bill for a REFRESH contract!

Well...as per subj....

It was a Refresh contract. I've paid off my device and cancelled it, as I was bloody entitled to.

I've already cancelled the relevant Direct Debit, but they better not try to attempt to collect it or damage my credit rating by doing so....

They haven't tried to collect them yet, @Cleoriff, but as for eating - you're right, lost about 3 stones because of it, back onto curries now

It's Ok for someone savvy enough to beat them at their own game but many people and their families suffer unfortunately. @Toby can you please get this fed back and maybe, just maybe, they will fix their crazy system.
