It's been going on since September so I would expect they know by now what's causing it......

Having the same issue- iphone XR that drops network connection with no warning.  Also affects mail that is through the bt website- have been into apple and on customer services for o2- with no joy!  Initally apple blamed O2 and vice versa- finally they both admit there is a problem... surely the fix must come soon or it may be time to find a more reliable carrier...

All networks seem to be having the same problem so let's hope Apple roll out a update soon.
