iPhone 'No Service' - Page 2

My iPhone is very intermittent when picking up service from O2. In my office, based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, my iPhone is only one with 'No Service' while others here (there are six) are all perfectly fine.

I have to drive 3 miles away to the local sainsburys to pick up a signal (3G, no GPRS).

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Is there anything my local O2 store can do?

It's less than a year old. Bought in August last year.

apart from send it away nothing they can do

To be honest I've never liked the phone. I'm hoping to replace it soon, maybe this is the excuse I've been looking for.
