I have recently lost one of my oldest friends who had suffered with advanced MS for many years, and I know technology such as Facebook and the like had made things easier for him over recent times.
Anything that can improve the lives of those less fortunate than the majority gets my vote!

Physical interaction, visual & audible feedback, constantly changing images (visuals) to maintain interest etc.....
