iPad & people with learning difficulties=success

As some of the regulars know, I have learning disabilities, I myself do have some ability greater than others with learning difficulties. Most of my friends or people who have them including myself have found the iPads to be of value. The apps & games can help with the sensory, feel, & simple games & drawing apps, improves lives greatly. It is very good for people like me, everyone I know has an iPad &'has improved them in their lives with something that they can all use. Kudos to apple on this

I have recently lost one of my oldest friends who had suffered with advanced MS for many years, and I know technology such as Facebook and the like had made things easier for him over recent times.

Anything that can improve the lives of those less fortunate than the majority gets my vote!

Let's hope that threads like this one can raise awareness - I am personally quite dumb with how all this technology works but am constantly amazed by the power of it all slight_smile

I'm
Quite intrigued how does an app become defined as useful for learning difficulties?

What sets it aside as being great to use?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Physical interaction, visual & audible feedback, constantly changing images (visuals) to maintain interest etc.....
