Hi, i'm due an upgrade and I'm considering what new phone to get. Last year I had a HTC HD2 and had many problems with it, screen freezing, internet freezing, lock not working...etc. So I replaced it with another phone. But now I'm due a new upgrade I am considering going for a HTC Desire S. Is this phone good - accessing internet, speed of connecting to internet, wifi, camera...etc? I am just a bit wary of going back to HTC phone because of the trouble i had with the last one.
It is either that phone or the Samsung Galaxy Ace that I am considering getting, I'm just confused as to what one to get. Any help would be appreicated!!

well i would recommed holding off for 2 weeks and getting the iphone 5. 40% of phone users are estimated to order an iphone 5. it is going to be the biggest phone seller in the history of mobile phones. and the bonus thing is, its a great manufacturer.
as far as htc desire s. its a bad phone. nothing but problems and the latest software update is crashing phones. plus its an old phone.

Planet wolfman is a weird and wondrous world. There is no way 40% of phone users can afford to buy or take out a contract even with a subsidised iphone5.
It may well be the best selling phone of the (next) year but 40% is a totally preposterous figure. I don't think it will be the all singing, all dancing phone that people are expecting or hoping for and Android, for me, looks to be the way to go.

I doubt it will be the biggest phone seller ever, either. As that record is several times the total number of all sales of iPhones and iPod combined.
Wonder where Wolfman got these ideas?

O those figures over 800,000 O2 users are going change.
Just think of all those "How do I get out of my contract early posts" grin

That article makes me chuckle, a statistically insignificant sample extrapolated to the entire mobile phone using population of the US, Canada and Mexico.
