o2 now require a code to be sent to your phone to log in, there is no option to send it to email, if there was no signal how would i login, this would also make it impossible to manage my account if i was using my sim in a router for example

You can add another number @slowsandal - this post

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/My-O2/The-code-you-send-me-is-to-the-wrong-mobile-number/m-p/1730103/h...

has examples and shows you where to access this hidden feature.

If you cannot access App or Web MyO2, then you would need to engage CS, Social Media Team links all in the link just below

Good luck!

I’m just having this problem too, and no customer service over the weekend … can’t connect when out of the house, my line seems to have gone …  and no idea why. It’s been very difficult to manage, and can’t even log in as it seems I’ve been cut off for no apparent reason?!

@LeighC

Check guides:

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You can use Skype to call Guide: A Guide to Skype

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

There is @LeighC plenty of Customer Service over the weekend :-

Contact Us | Help, Support and Useful Numbers | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

That says :-
