The best way to appeal a ban is to not create another account, to ask how to appeal a ban 😬

As they will ban this account as well...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

.....and I didn't know O2 is a telecom company...

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No point appealing a ban @lukefowler2024. You broke the rules/guidelines of the community.

You would do well to read the guidelines HERE

There does not appear to be a formal appeal procedure, but if you go to the community homepage, you will find this in the right-hand sidebar :-

Section 17 of the "Community guidelines" document is "Disputes". That is effectively your way forward.

I suggest that you familiarise yourself with the entire "Community guidelines" document before deciding what, if anything, you are going to do. You also need to note section 17.2 and cease posting about this matter on the forum :-

"Please do not discuss moderation that has affected you on the public forum, as this is a matter to be dealt with individually with the Community team via private message".

Clearly, a sincere apology and a promise never to transgress again must be your first move if you decide that you want to remain part of this community.
