I have had nothing but lies, accusations and false promises from this company

I would like to hear from anyone (other than the people who have already replied to my other posts)

To hear from anyone who has something good to say about this company?

What would you like to know and/or get customers opinions on?

I am a customer. I don't work for O2. I have plenty of good things to say about them.

* A great tariff that suits my needs completely

* Good network coverage. I don't actually get 4G yet but then I don't need it personally

* Only two network outages in 10 years

* Excellent CS experience. (though rarely need to use them because.....I use.....

* This forum ....whose members are second to none and have taught me everything I need to know technically...

I think thats enough from me.....but I  certainly have a lot of good things to say about O2

i just wanted to know good or bad how other people have expeienced O2

the most logic thing to do was to come on here and find out if I am an exception and this is a really good company 

or if other people had been treated like dirt and been given the runaround like me

it just seems to be the same thre or four people 

but there are loads of replies but strangely I cant access them

I am trying to form an unbiased opinion on this
