giffgaff have got HD calls

I've just read on giffgaff that a few days ago they've been given HD call capabilities!

I remember reading a discussion on here about it but can't find where.

What's your thoughts on this? They're not making customers pay any extra from what I can see, I wonder if O2 are charging them extra?

I dont think o2 would charge them for its use in my opinion we have been doing fine with normal calling capabilities for years and HD calling is just a marketing gimic for them to use to make more money lol.

Ahh, but don't you think we as O2 customers, who pay more for our service, have subsidised gg getting HD?

I know I'm not the only one who thinks this, if only I could find the thread where we were discussing it previously.

I always felt it would be a logical step for gg and they ain't as cheap as they used to be so maybe they're paying their own way.....?
