family bolt on

Hi everyone , I can't seem to open my friends and family bolt on ? the other day i got on and couldnt add new friends but spoke to adviser who said who do it for me but still not been added. is there something wrong with o2 or o2 bolt on at the moment . please help

Hi there yes the family bolt on has been unusable from the customers end for the past eight months I've complained numerous times and still O2 can't be bothered to fix it there is supposed to be a guy from there team looking into it but info is very thin on the ground O2 customer services can normally add the numbers but the customer can't so all in all your not really getting the service you've paid for but there you go 😞

I've had it since O2 introduced it a good few years ago it was always ok then just seemed to stop working properly and they can't be bothered to fix it I'm sorry but no company as large as O2 should take upwards of 8 months to fix what can only be a simple problem really frustrates me
