Hello Community, its been a fair few years since I have been here, so I might be a bit rusty,

Long story short, In May I requested for some numbers to be added to my Family Bolt On, noy 13 weeks and a New Advisor later I am still waiting, Work commitments (HGV Driver) means I can't access my emails as often as I like. I have gone through the Complaints Procedure, and I am now apparently at the Highest Level it can go, that was two weeks ago, and still nothing has been done, (I know it isnt much under the circumstances but one of the numbers belongs to a very good friend who works for the NHS, and some scumbag stole her phone after breaking into her car and we bought her a decent phone to tide her over until she can get herself sorted, the best option was an o2 so she could go on the Bolt On)

I have been with o2 for over 10 years and I have had the Bolt On for just as long, so to say that 13 weeks and still no action taken, isn't o2 standards.

Does anyone have an email address for the Ombudsman or another Higher Upper, I don't want to go down that route but I am running out of options.

I don't do the shouting thing over the phone or anything like that, and thirteen weeks probably shows how patient I really am, I still get charge every month for the price of the Family Bolt On, Don't get me wrong it isn't about the money, its just that i'm paying for something that others can't use and it's just two numbers to add onto the system,

thanks for reading. I will check in when I can

The email address for the Ombusman is in this link

Please be aware though, unless you have fillowed every step of the complaints service, including Complaints Rview Services, the Ombudsman won't be able to help.

You can contact our Complaint Review Service directly by email or post.

Only just noticed. Must have been a reply I knocked out and posted without checking.

As we have to include reason for edit now, I thought I would mention it, as it's far too late to edit. yahoo

I don't bother editing unless there is a good reason to as I don't want to have to say why I'm editing

I suspect someone has taken issue with an edited post ......
