There is 4G in the area but i only the H+ on my phone till i get a new one

3.5G is still fairly quick, I am still waiting for teh 4G upgrade in my area..

new masts are always going up as and where they can get planning permission, the current inforstructure is sufficiant to deal with teh ammount of network traffic that goes through them, but the biggest issue is people will always object to a giant metal pole going up in their street..

They will have to put new masts up for 4g but if you already have 4g it's unlikely you'll be getting anymore masts in your area.
