I exchanged a cell phone with scheduled delivery, I was disrespected because I canceled appointments to receive the purchase and it was not delivered as scheduled by O2. That's a lack of respect for the consumer.

Can't make much sense of that but looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
