Hi guys been on simplicity for a few years and called for iphone 5 upgrade most will reduce to is 44 pounds I can go via phones 4 u and get same 36 quid tariff for 31 per month and 100 pounds quidco cashback which covers phone. Or same cashback with carphonewarehouse and free phone at 36 per month
I advised retentions and they were not interested so will be transferring from o2 to another 02 account

You would be offered the same deals as new customers. It's a fair policy now where loyalty plays no part

You are still upgrading with O2. The difference is that another company is subsidising the handset. If you chose not to upgrade you will lose your phone number.
