i was charged over £5.00 for a call to 09131180074, and informed by your live chat helploine that this was a service call charge. When i tried to trace what this service call was it seems to be an o2 number. Am i being charged to discuss renewing my contract tariff? I may be wrong, but if this is the case i will reconsider staying with o2.

Not an o2 number but info from here http://psauthority.org.uk/for-consumers you need to contact them for a refund if due

These type of services realy need to be shut down so many charge you just to put you through to a normal free customer service number
