change ringing tone to the Uk one while abroad

I don't want my clients to hear an abroad ringing tone when I'm outside Uk. How can I change the ringing tone to the Uk one while I'm abroad? Are there any Uk ringtone boltons, apps or diverts I can use? I'm on IPhone 4.
I know this question has been asked on this forum approx 5 years ago but maybe something has changed since then.

Hi I know this goes back a while but I hope someone can help.
This is exactly what I need next week.
I have a work phone which I don’t want customers to know I am in europe for 3 days.
Am I correct in saying that I need to set up the VOIP then this gives me a UK landline number.
I then turn my mobile off and divert the work incoming calls to the VOIP landline number?
Do I then access the incoming calls off a secondary mobile?
I’m not most tech savvy so if anyone can explain that would be appreciated. Thanks
