Sign into My O2 then click on 'billing details'

Scroll to the bottom and click on change billing address.

O2 will send you a pin code to use to change the address details.

I (eventually) managed to change my billing address on My O2.  How do I change my address for O2 Insure?   Or will that happen automatically...

Personally I would give them a call.  Like yourself....I don't think it will happen 'automatically' either..:smileywink:
