It shows on your website that to change the name on the account to ring customers services, when i called them they said this is not possible. I was waiting in the telephone queue for 20 minutes for this information, why is it on the website for me to call customer services to make this change if this cannot be done? are you here to frustrate people? why not just say that this cannot be done on the website. Terrible service and a waste of everyone's time.
