i brough a blackberry storm 9500, had it opened to any network
put my o2 sim card in but can get on the net :robotsad:

can any one help please

Are you on contract?

Internet on the blackberry goes through the blackberry service and you'll need the bolt-on added to your monthly plan. (Unlimited Web won't do).

it is saying

contact your system administrator to out weather an enterprise activation password will be provided or if you need a install the blackberry desktop software

You can't have a Blackberry on PAYGO because o2 don't have the APN's for it.

If you have the Blackberry pay as you use or unlimited bolt-on on yes, otherwise it it will only be provisioned for normal internet.
