i would like to check when is the last payment for my contract and the service will be terminated

Unless you have already given notice to O2 then your contract won't terminate - It will just continue as a rolling 30 day contract.

Contact o2 Customer Services Link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and they will confirm the exact amounts (if any)
