Nope, as we are all on a union mandated afternoon tea break, so we wont answering calls for the next 6 hours
Seriously though this is a customer to customer forum, and like you we are all customers, so you will have to wait in the queue like everyone else, sorry to say...
If you have been on hold for more than an hour then drop the call and redial, as CC phone systems can put you into a queue that wont be answered..
