Have you checked for problems?

If nothing shows report it to O2 as they may not be aware yet.

Matter of opinion, because you have issues doesn't mean everyone does!

Never had crap service and I now get a 3G signal with the cows and sheep in the fields lol wink

I was also impressed at o2 coverage in London yesterday. Never fluttered once (Unless i was on the Tube which Is scary lol)

Have you always had bad signal where you live mark_lewis ?

Only reason for asking is if you had bad signal and the prices are high, then why would you take a contract out with o2?

Have you been in touch with o2? re signal ?

Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.

I was brought up there and new my way around totally by Tube, loved it, probably too crowded now.

Good being able to go from one side of London to the other in an hour or so.

I cant fault the tube for the speed, ease of use and it was also very clean.

But its one scary place to be (For me any way). People are so focused when there down there and no one seems to see you or want to even say hello lol.

London has always been a bit like that, you try and talk to someone and they think you're an axe murderer.

No signal used to be great but since getting iphone 5 noticed poor 3g (and guys im from Wales not London where you have these great signals) I've rang o2 and they got four masts totally down and have been for month and a half but yet they still charge me for services which I haven't had. Phone them weekly as masts are still down and they just not interested in giving any information people on phone are really arrogant.
