I suspect @Pipstop78 that a small proportion of O2's customers are dissatisfied with them ; and any large business or public sector organisation will attract some complaints.
I believe O2's weakness currently is problem-solving ; legitimate issues that do arise seem frequently to take an eternity to resolve, and with things like delivery of customers' purchases being issues that a well-organised business could avoid ! 👍

Couldn’t agree more, been trying to speak to them for 1.5 hours n no reply, nice music tho, user name is my email but this community page nit accepting that either saying no spaces when there are not any !!
