Why ?

What's wrong with this forum and twitter and the official route to provide your feedback to O2.

Obviously if you want to set up your own Facebook profile then theirs nothing stopping you.

There are so many customers threatening to do this that I'm surprised the site isn't inundated with such pages. You really need to get your coverage problem resolved by going through the complaints procedure to try and terminate your contract without penalty.

We've seen all these threats before, they never amount to anything.

Take the advice and make a proper complaint!

Several pages and blogs were setup but I guess they got removed and any links from here would result in a likley ban for anybody posting them.

Just remember if you setup an anti o2 page watch out for o2 copyrite infringement etc logos and be prepared for o2 to take legal action.

As advised just take the formal complaints route (works fine for me when issues arise that normal customer services / 3rd partys cannot resolve (ex azzuri o2 business customer))

Hey Gerry,

Thanks for the suggestion. Have you used the facebook page before to raise issues?

I speak to the staff on there and they try to answers as many queries and complaints whenever they arise, but the best place to ask questions about things you're not sure about is here and you can go submit complaints via the complaints page.

Have you seen an official example of this idea used anywhere else? I'd be really interested to see it and how it works.

I think you have misread the OPs intentions Toby, they want to set up a new anti-O2 Facebook page to show how bad the service is, in their opinion of course.

They are aware that a mast is down in their location and is being repaired.

Ah I see, thanks for that perksie.

@Gerry545; If you're still having issues after your local mast is fixed, I'm more than happy to try and help if I can. Send me a private message.

They did report this back in August and it went down in July, so it's been a long time now.
