Hap this email from "Apple"
Obviously it's not from Apple, but just everyone be aware if it's doing the rounds.....
If you were to click the link in the email it attempts to run a script of some sort so it could be quite nasty....

Yeas, just the one email. It was in my spam box too but thought it best to flag it just in case anyone fell for the "Apple" connection......Thanks MI5.
Was this the complete message? If not, could you please PM me the full content? No worries if you're not comfortable to do so, but I like to log these examples when I can for future reference.
Cheers
That was it complete, except for the link, Toby.
It's gone off to the great email graveyard in the sky now though, so I couldn't get any more info off it, sorry.

Thanks for the information.
I recently had an email from 'Paypal' claiming that Apple had taken money out of my account for a purchase and I had to click on the link to put funds into my Paypal account to cover it. I was a bit wary about this as I had coincidentally bought something from Apple a few days earlier. But when I clicked on the email address, it was obvious that it wasn't from Paypal.
We should have a thread on here where people post links of spam email addresses that they have received to help to warn others. Obviously the list would be endless though.

Using a pc client like Thunderbird you can see the properties and know who it's really from.
