Xperia Tablet Z: New software is available
There is a software update (v. 10.6.A.0.454) available for your device. Update your device's software and enjoy new features, better performance, speed and bug fixes. You can update the software today using your computer or wait until it’s available directly in your device (often within a couple of days). It's easy and no backup is needed.
This software includes:
- Sony’s latest software experience, with Android 5.0 - Lollipop
- A fresh look and feel, based on Google Material Design
- Intelligent lock screen notifications and customisable settings
- Multi-user profiles and guest mode
- Storage optimisation; move apps to SD card
