Wrong technical data for Doro610 on my account data.

Doro 610 is only a basic SMStext and talk phone. Account shows it capable of picture messaging and email. This is wrong. How do I get this corrected?

To get back to the original question it is very unlikely that the system will be changed to reflect the specifications of his particular phone.

The OP has yet to say where he saw the information about MMS and Email, having said "Account shows it capable of picture messaging and email. "
