Doro 610 is only a basic SMStext and talk phone. Account shows it capable of picture messaging and email. This is wrong. How do I get this corrected?
Hi @Anonymous When you say "Account shows it capable of...." where exactly is this technical data being displayed. I ask because I have 2 phones on O2 network with 2 accounts and in neither of my Accounts can I see any description or specification of each phone's capabilities.
The only Doro I see in the O2 online Shop at present is the Doro 632 and the specification of this does mention that it has email capability. Is there any possibility you have confused this with the 610?

Perhaps the specs changed during the years of manufacture?
