has anyone tried to call on 03448090222. i've been put on hold for 20 minutes in 2 day consecutive days. it's disgraceful. if customers are been treated this way then this might be one of the reasons why 02 is losing customers. customers are needed for any business survival.

Not sure who you are aiming that comment at @Anonymous but you posted on the forum and we offered our advice....

Well in this day and age most people know that computers and systems have problems from time to time...Also businesses are set up to make profit and in order for that to happen they need happy customers, so why would O2 do it on purpose knowing it will loose money?
Anyway back to the Forum, is there anything maybe we can help you with (as customers)?
