I've had 2 Samsung Galaxy Watches so far, I had to take the first one back because I couldn't set it up, even the bloke in the Meadowhall O2 shop failed... I got a SGSW 6 as a replacement, and I've just returned that this afternoon as it doesn't even hold a full charge for 24 hours.
They've sent it off for repair under Warranty, but I doubt they'll find anything wrong with it to be honest, and I can't really afford to claim on the insurance for a new Watch.
Anyway, does O2 sell ANY brand of Smart Watch, preferably Android, that actually works?

# quick flick through the guides for watches:
Guide: Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 "Emergency Calls Only" Fix
Guide: Connecting your Samsung Smartwatch
And switching families to Apple:
But for Samsung ones in particular, you have to get lucky with one of the in-store assistants who knows what they are about.
Good luck!

Have a look on Amazon for the likes of the Nothing Watch 2 (£70) or one of the Huawei devices, or even the WiFi Version of the Pixel Watch 3 they are a lot cheaper or move to Apple
The Shamsung watches seem to be flakey across all networks...

Well they've just sent me the Watch back, apparently they couldn't reproduce the error, you what?! So now I'm stuck paying off the contract on a Watch I can't use due to incompetent repair team? WTF?!

I would speak to Samsung and see what they suggest.. also might be worth having a look on the Samsung Community as well..

I've just rung on the landline, like I said in a post just now in the tech support section, I have neither the patience or time to be on the phone all night to annoying music waiting for them to answer.

No one here can do anything so you've no choice if you want answers.

A potential alternative @MrRichAllen1976 is to message O2 on social media :-
Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW
Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
The social media team are based in the UK and are adept at solving customer problems. At lease they are worth a try ! 👍
